Mr. White is a co-founder and the CEO of Quantbot Technologies, LP. Before co-founding
Quantbot, he was co-head of Merrill Lynch's statistical arbitrage proprietary trading group
(QSA). As an original founding member of QSA he was responsible for creating a new global
business from scratch. Before joining Merrill, Paul had a senior position in Morgan Stanley's
Equity Trading Lab (ETL) proprietary trading group, responsible for developing statistical
arbitrage black box automated trading strategies. Prior to ETL, Paul held senior technology
roles at Morgan Stanley, an Internet startup and a major European software company. Paul holds a
BSc. in Mathematics and Computer Science.

Mr. Mahboob is a co-founder and the Chief Investment Officer of Quantbot technologies, LP.
Before co-founding Quantbot, he was co-head of Merrill Lynch's statistical arbitrage proprietary
trading group (QSA), as an original founding member of QSA, he was responsible for creating a
new global business from scratch. Before joining Merrill, Ashar was a senior member of Morgan
Stanley's Equity Trading Lab (ETL) proprietary trading group, responsible for developing
statistical arbitrage black box automated trading strategies. Prior to ETL, Ashar worked in
quantitative developer roles at Bank of America Securities and Fuji Capital Markets in New York.
Ashar holds BS and MS degrees in Computer Science and MS degree in Computational Finance.

Mr. Lisak is a co-founder and Managing Partner of Quantbot Technologies, LP. Before co-founding
Quantbot,
he was a member of Merrill Lynch's statistical arbitrage (QSA) and automated market making (AMM)
groups responsible for electronic market making and high frequency trading technology. Before
Merrill, Michael was a member of Morgan Stanley's Equity Trading lab (ETL) specializing in
algorithmic trading and electronic market making. ETL provided cutting edge cash equities market
making and algorithmic trading solutions to Morgan Stanley’s trading desks globally. Prior to
ETL, Michael was executive director in Morgan Stanley’s equity technology division. Michael
holds a BS in Computer Science.

Mr. Thakare is a co-founder and Chief Trading Officer of Quantbot Technologies, LP. Before Quantbot,
he was a Vice President in Merrill Lynch’s QSA group. Before Merrill, Rohit worked with the founders
in Morgan Stanley in the ETL group. Rohit holds a Masters in Engineering and Bachelors in Polymer
Engineering.
Chief Data Officer

Mr Cilia is a co-founder and partner at Quantbot Technologies, LP. Before Quantbot, he was the data
team lead of Merrill Lynch’s proprietary statistical arbitrage group (QSA). He was responsible for
expanding and improving the data used for all research and trading across multiple asset classes.
Before Merrill, Benjamin managed the data team at ITG Inc. He holds a B.Sc. in Economics and
Computer Science.

Mr. Crimi is a co-founder and CTO of Quantbot Technologies, LP. Before Quantbot, he was a member of
the Merrill Lynch’s QSA group. Before Merrill, Tom worked in the chip design industry, writing
software for optimizing gate placement and power routing. Tom holds a BS and MS in Electrical and
Computer Engineering.

Thuong Lam was responsible for setting up Quantbot's European trading operation based in London.
Before joining Quantbot, Thuong was head of Merrill Lynch's QSA group in EMEA specializing in
quantitative statistical arbitrage investments and electronic trading. Prior to that, Thuong was
a member of Morgan Stanley's ETL proprietary trading group and held many positions of
responsibility as a vice president within Morgan Stanley's IT department. Thuong holds a BSc in
Computer Science.

Before joining Quantbot, Johnson was a board member at a private investment partnership involved
in equity arbitrage trading in Europe, and a founding member of the core automated options
market-making group at Liquid Capital Markets. Prior to that, Johnson was the head of QSA-Asia
at Merrill Lynch, specializing in quantitative statistical-arbitrage strategic investments and
electronic trading in the Asia region. Johnson has also held positions in various investment
banks such as, a member of the Morgan Stanley ETL proprietary trading group, and a regional head
of equity derivatives technology in both UBS and Morgan Stanley in New York and Hong Kong.
Johnson was an aerospace research engineer by training, but later moved to the financial
industry at Barings Securities and Lehman Brothers in London. Johnson is also involved in
entrepreneurial startups in the Asia region. Johnson holds a B.Eng in Energy Engineering, a
M.Sc. in Computer Science, a Certificate in Financial Engineering and a MSSc in Global Political
Economy.
General Counsel and CCO

Ms. Wisdom is the general counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Quantbot Technologies, LP.
Before joining Quantbot, she has served as general counsel and CCO to other registered
investment advisers such as SB Schonfeld Fund Advisers, LLC. In these roles, she is responsible
for overseeing and managing regulatory legal and compliance issues within the advisory firm.
Prior to that, Debra also serviced several registered investment adviser clients, primarily
Permal Asset Management, LLC, as an associate at the law firm Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt &
Mosle, LLP. Debra holds a JD degree in law, a BA degree in Economics and a minor in Business
Administration.
Co-founder and Former CEO

Dr. Botlo is a co-founder and the former CEO of Quantbot Technologies, LP. Before 2009, he led
the
Electronic Product Development in the Global Market Division at Merrill Lynch. In this role, he
was responsible for the implementation of the automated trading vision across liquid asset
classes worldwide. Before joining Merrill, Michael was a founding member of the Electronic
Trading Lab at Morgan Stanley. The group successfully developed the Firm’s electronic
capabilities in Global Equities, from quantitative proprietary to algorithmic agency businesses.
Michael holds Masters Degrees in Physics and Astronomy and a PhD in Experimental Nuclear
Physics. He has spent several years as a research fellow at various nuclear research
laboratories across the globe. Michael was an inaugural member of the CERN Alumni Advisory Board
and currently serves on the Physics and Astronomy Advisory Council of the Johns Hopkins
University.
