This notice describes the privacy policy adopted by Quantbot Technologies LP (“Q”) to protect the non-public personal information (“Nonpublic Information”) of persons who are or may become its clients.

Nonpublic Information may include, but is not limited to your name, address, telephone number, social security number or tax identification number, personal financial data such as net worth or income, bank or brokerage account information or delivery instructions. Q may gain access to Nonpublic Information directly from you via telephone, e-mail or fax, or through documents provided to us by yourself or a third party.

Q will share Nonpublic Information with its affiliated companies to assist in providing the services that Q has been requested to perform for you.

It is Q’s policy not to share Nonpublic Information with any non-affiliated third party except to assist in providing the services that Q has been requested to perform for you, or to the extent reasonably necessary to prevent fraud and unauthorized transactions, or as required by regulatory authorities or law enforcement.

Q employees who have been granted access to Nonpublic Information are bound by the firms’ privacy policy to maintain and protect its confidentiality. Other parties who have been granted access to Nonpublic Information by Q are similarly bound by nondisclosure agreements.

Q protects Nonpublic Information by maintaining physical, electronic and procedural safeguards. If Q shares Nonpublic Information with a nonaffiliated entity under circumstances not covered by a regulatory exception, the firm will deliver to each affected client an opportunity to opt out of such information sharing.
